User Agreement

Welcome to MakeImage (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this application"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") applies to your use of this application and its services. By accessing or using this application, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using this application immediately.
To use this application, you must be at least 18 years old or possess the civil capacity required by the jurisdiction where you reside. If you do not meet the aforementioned civil capacity and register as a user, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences according to law.
You acknowledge that if an individual lacking civil capacity or possessing limited civil capacity improperly registers as a user, the service agreement between the user and this application is invalid from the outset. In such cases, this application reserves the right to immediately terminate services or cancel the user's account.
Account registration involves logging into this application, completing the required information, and agreeing to this Agreement. To access certain features, you may need to register an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and ensure the security of your account information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account details, including your username and password.
If you discover unauthorized access or use of your account, you agree to notify us immediately.
If there is evidence or we determine based on our policies that you are improperly registering or using multiple accounts, we may take actions such as freezing or closing your accounts or refusing service. You will also be liable for any damages caused to us or related parties.
You agree to use this application in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and refrain from any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
All content, software, features, and functionalities of this application, including but not limited to text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and software, are the property of MakeImage or its licensors and are protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China and international treaties. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes.
This application may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by MakeImage. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or terms of these third-party websites or services. By using these links, you acknowledge and agree that MakeImage is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such use.
You may upload, share, or submit content (e.g., images) through this application. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content to provide and improve our services.
When using this application, we will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this application, you consent to our data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this application at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use this application will immediately cease, and you must delete or destroy all copies of this application in your possession.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeImage and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MakeImage, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the application or breach of this Agreement.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MakeImage is located. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for resolution through arbitration, rather than court litigation.

如有证据证明或本应用根据相关规则判断您存在不当注册或不当使用多个本应用账户的情形，本应用可采取冻结或关闭账户、拒绝提供服务等措施，如给本应用及相关方造成损失的，您还应承担赔偿责任。
您同意按照适用的法律法规使用本应用，不得进行任何违法或禁止的行为。您不得：
本应用的所有内容、软件、功能和特性，包括但不限于文本、图形、商标、标识和软件，均为 MakeImage 或其许可方的财产，并受到中华人民共和国法律法规和相应的国际条约保护的保护。未经我们事先书面同意，您无权以任何商业化方式复制、修改、分发或创作本应用的衍生作品。您不得利用本应用开发与本应用相竞争的产品或服务。您输入本应用的任何内容的版权均仅归原作者所有，若作者有版权声明或原作从其他网站转载而附带有原版权声明者，其版权归属以附带声明为准。您基于本应用生成的内容的版权由您自行维护并对其独立判断后使用，基于本应用生成内容产生的任何知识产权问题由您自行负责，深圳市爱奥创科技有限公司对由此造成的任何侵权或损失不负责任，您由此给深圳市爱奥创科技有限公司造成损失的，深圳市爱奥创科技有限公司有权向您追偿。
本应用可能包含指向第三方网站或服务的链接，这些网站或服务并不由 MakeImage 拥有或控制。我们不对第三方网站或服务的内容、隐私政策或使用条款负责。通过使用这些链接，您承认并同意 MakeImage 对由此产生的任何损失或损害不承担责任。

不保证本应用准确可靠、功能可用、及时、安全、无错误、不受干扰、无中断、持续稳定、不存在任何故障；
本应用的生成内容不排除其中部分信息具有瑕疵、不合理或引发用户不适，其生成的内容不代表团队的态度或观点；
不保证本应用中的代码、程序及其指向的内容的准确性、稳定性和完整性。
在法律允许的最大范围内，MakeImage 及其关联方对于您使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失或信誉损害，不承担任何责任，即使我们已被告知可能发生此类损害。
您同意赔偿并保全 MakeImage 及其关联公司、董事、员工和代理人，免于因您使用本应用或违反本协议而产生的任何索赔、损失、损害、责任和费用（包括但不限于合理的律师费用）。
我们可能会不时修改或更新本协议。任何更改将在本页面上发布，并标明更新日期。如您继续使用本应用，视为您同意受修订后的条款约束。
本协议受 MakeImage 所在地区法律的管辖，并根据该地区的法律解释。因本协议引起或与本协议有关的任何争议应提交至深圳仲裁委员会，通过仲裁方式解决，而非通过法院诉讼。
